A lot of people think that a realtor is a realtor is a realtor. But the fact is, some realtors will be a good fit you and your situation, and some won't. I know personally that many of the clients I work with as a Realtor are people who I truly think I "vibe" with, which makes success in selling their home almost guaranteed.
